At Garden Answer, we want your home and garden to flourish with products you love. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tools, seeds, or decor are securely cushioned to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
